This set was composed by Fay MacAlinden, originally from Northern Ireland and now living in Port Fairy, Victoria, Australia. Fay and her husband Morgan have organised the CéilI Mór Irish Dance Festival in Port Fairy for many years.
First side couple are left of first top couple.

1 Everyone
Lead around To home holding crossed hands and gents turn the lady clockwise.

2 Advance and retire Twice in a circle. As they retire the second time, top couples reverse back into lines with the nearest side couple to form two lines of four. Top gents to their left and top ladies to their right. 8
3 Dance through While the other dancers stay on the spot the couple on the left of each line of four only (first top lady with second side gent and second top lady with first side gent) dance forward to pass through the opposite couple, ladies passing on the outside and gents passing between this opposite couple (2b). Turning to their right or clock wise, they now dance down behind this couple, into a line up beside them on their other side (2b). The lady and gent at the left of each line pass through the opposite couple and dance to the left of that line. 4
4 Ladies wheel The four ladies join right hands in the centre, dancing one full clockwise turn around to place. 4
5 Dance through While the other dancers stay on the spot, the couple on the left of each line of four only (same top ladies and side gents again) dance forward to pass through the opposite couple, gents passing on the outside and ladies passing between this opposite couple (2b). Turning to their right or clockwise, they now dance down behind this couple into where they started in the first line up at 2 (2b). The leading dancers repeat the pass through to return to where they started, if the four in the centre star. 4
6 Dance around The four dancers in the centre (side couples) join right hands to dance around clockwise until back in their own places. While they do this, top dancers face each other from opposite sides. 4
7 Square Each group of four each top couple and the nearest side lady and gent beside them in the line up dance a square. They pass through right shoulder to right, gents in the centre, pass the next person left shoulder to left, ladies in the centre, pass through left shoulder to left, ladies in the centre again this time and finally pass right shoulder to right, gents in the centre, as they dance back to their own partners. 8
8 Swing Swing in place in waltz hold. 8
9 House Dance around the house. 8
10 Repeat 2 to 9 With side couples leading. The line up is now in top positions. First side lady with first top gent and second side lady with second top gent dance 3 and 5, while top couples dance the turn in the centre at 6. 48
11 Advance and retire Repeat movement 2, the circle advance and retire, lining up in side positions again. 8
12 Dance through While the other dancers stay on the spot, the couple on the right of each line of four only (first top gent with first side lady and second top gent with second side lady) dance forward to pass through the opposite couple, gents passing on the outside and ladies passing between this opposite couple (2b). Turning to their left or anticlockwise, they now dance down behind this couple into a line up beside them on their other side (2b). 4
13 Gents wheel The four gents join left hands in the centre, dancing one full anticlockwise turn around to place. 4
14 Dance through While the other dancers stay on the spot, the couple on the right of each line of four only (same top gents and side ladies again) dance forward to pass through the opposite couple, ladies passing on the outside and gents passing between this opposite couple (2b). Turning to their left or anticlockwise, they now dance down behind this couple into where they started in the first line up at 11 (2b). 4
15 Dance around The four dancers in the centre (side couples) join left hands to dance around anticlockwise until back in their own places. While they do this, top dancers dance facing each other from opposite sides. 4
16 Square Each group of four each top couple and the nearest side lady and gent beside them in the line up dance a square. They pass through right shoulder to right, gents in the centre, pass the next person left shoulder to left, ladies in the centre, pass through left shoulder to left, ladies in the centre again this time and finally pass right shoulder to right, gents in the centre, as they dance back to their own partners. 8
17 Swing Swing in place in waltz hold. 8
18 House Dance around the house. 8
19 Repeat 11 to 18 Side couples leading. The line up is in top position again. 1st side gent with 2nd top lady and 2nd side gent with 1st top lady dance 12 and 14, while top couples dance the turn in the centre at 15. 48

Square Side couples dance a square around each other in the centre, dancing four `sevens' and turning clockwise slightly at each corner on the seventh step.

7 Dance at home In waltz hold. 8

9 Touch and turn Taking their partner's right hand in right, all advance to the centre, touching hands there (2b). Each gent now takes the right hand of the lady on his left in his right and as he retires, this lady retires with him, shoulder touching shoulders (2b). All couples now turn anticlockwise side by side until they are facing out (2b), the gent brings his arm over the lady's head as she turns anticlockwise and they face in to the centre (2b). Repeat this movement until the ladies are back home. 32
10 Sevens Top couples face the side couple on their left. The top couple and side couple dance `sevens past each other, gents passing back to back then dance sevens' back to place, ladies passing back to back ( bars). The top couple and side couple now house across to each other's position, changing places (4 bars). Repeat this until back home, top couples moving left each time and side couples moving right. 32
11 House Dance around the house to finish. 8
